About
Hi, my name is Mark Hawkins and I'm a graphic designer, full stack web developer and animation artist. I've created this website to showcase some of my best and interesting digital design work and examples that I’ve created over the past 20+ years. I've worked in-house for a few companies like Interval International, Systeam, BioTissue and Coral Palm Media and I've also freelanced on local projects representing companies like Ford and NBC. I have a strong background in art and design and first started as an illustrator on paper and became a digital artist not long after. My fascination for technology grew from my early involvement in video game development and Flash animation into graphic design, web development, and various types of animation like scripted and motion graphics.
Passion
I'm very passionate about my work, the creative process and the collaboration of tools, code and art. I've always loved bringing innovative ideas to life and providing solutions with programming. I’m more passionate about what I do today than when I first started my journey and truly am more experienced. It has never been about the value of design for me, but always about making people happy with my work.
