Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is an old school meets new school scenario using old traditions and new ones and came up with a great tasting wine by blending white grapes with certain spices to give a unique mature flavoring that's irresistible and not boring. Our grapes are shipped to us from California and local vineyards and are blended with our top secret spices and then added to our oak and cedar wood barrels and aged for 3 years.
